Welcome to the TCA Library
Library Go is St. Paul Public Library’s free virtual library card program for students enrolled in a school in St. Paul. The students’ virtual library card connects students to one-on-one online homework help, dozens of research databases, e-books/audiobooks, electronic magazines, and so much more.
Library Go has been implemented at TCA. Each student received a Library Go card. All virtual cards contain an easy to remember number based on existing student ID numbers. Students can access their Library Go card at https://sppl.org/library-go/. Select “Twin Cities Academy” to begin using your free Library Go card today!

TCA LIBRARY POLICIES:
Teachers, students and parents can search the TCA catalog of books. The library has a collection of approximately 4,500 books.
Students can browse the collection of books in the TCA online catalog HERE.
You can email ldelesha@twincitiesacademy.org and I will place a book on hold for a student. Please give me the name of the student and the name of the book and the author.
Borrowing from TCA Library:
All library patrons are able to have up to 2 books checked out at one time. Books can be checked out for 2 weeks. Overdue book notices are emailed home twice per month. We are a small library and it is important to return books in a timely manner so others may read them. Thank you.
Checking out books when the Librarian is not on duty:
If the Librarian, Ms. Delesha is not available, students need to check out their book(s) on the clipboard located on the front desk. Students should list their first and last name, name of book, grade and the books barcode (usually a 4 or 5 digit number.) If a student already has two books checked out or overdue books, then the student should not check out any more books.
Hours:
The library is open every day from 8:15 am – 4:00 pm. The Librarian, Ms. Delesha is available in the library when school is in session and via email. Students wishing to use the library need a pass from their teacher.
Overdue Materials:
Students with 2 overdue books may not check out additional books. Overdue notices are emailed to parents twice a month and paper copies are given to students in their Advisory. Any student receiving an overdue notice for an item he/she has already turned in should report the error to the librarian, Ms. Delesha.
Replacement of Materials/Charges for Lost Items:
We will accept an exact or better replacement copy of any lost item. To pay for an item, please speak to the librarian, Ms. Delesha or email library@twincitiesacademy.org.
End of Year Check-Out:
Students must have all library books returned before they leave for the summer. Books that are not returned will be added to the students Infinite Campus accounts and can be paid for online.
