High School

TCA high school students pursue a rigorous course of study during their tenure at the school. Those classes required for graduation are drawn from the disciplines of English, Mathematics, History/Social Studies, Science, World Languages, Fine Arts, Health/Physical Education, and Leadership. In addition to these core subjects, high school student have to opportunity to choose elective courses to complete their graduation requirements. For those students seeking stretch work, TCA also offers Advanced Placement courses.


National Honor Society

Established in 1921, National Honor Society is the nation’s premier organizations established to recognize outstanding high school students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of Scholarship, Leadership, Service, and Character. These characteristics have been associated with membership in the organization since their beginnings in 1921. Today, chapters are found in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, many U.S. Territories, and Canada. Membership recognizes students for their accomplishments, and challenges them to develop further through active involvement in school activities and community service.

Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors are inducted into NHS each spring. Twin Cities Academy high school has been chartered by NHS since December 2006.
