Student Access to School During Closure

Update from TCA as of March 16th

Good Afternoon,

We do not yet have a fully defined plan, but will be sending more information out both via email and mail later this week. Our administrative team is finalizing a plan today, and our teachers will join us in the planning tomorrow. 

We are receiving many inquiries about when students/families may come back to the school to pick up items they have left behind. The school will be open between noon and 4 p.m. tomorrow, March 17, for students/families to retrieve items and to pick up lunches (sandwiches etc.) for up to four days.  If you are sick or medically vulnerable, please contact the school and we can attempt to mail or drop off items as needed to you.

We will be allowing a limited amount of students or families into the building at any one time, so it is possible you may need to wait in line. Students and families will be asked This is in an effort to ensure social distancing of six feet or more between people upon entering and being in the building. Also, if you are not bringing your student, please know which locker your student currently is using (locker # or approximate area) and the combination if needed. 

We are also accepting food donations of shelf stable food for our food shelf, if you wish to drop this off.
