TCAHS is the number 1 ranked High School in MN

October 11, 2013

Every year the Minnesota Department of Education calculates the ranking of all the schools in Minnesota. This rank is based on student performance on the MCA tests, which are required tests in math and reading given to all public school students in the spring of the year.

This year, we are proud to announce that Twin Cities Academy High School is ranked the number one high school in the entire state of Minnesota! The ranking is based on student proficiency, academic growth, and the ability for the school to prove it is closing the achievement gap.

Both Twin Cities Academy middle school and Twin Cities Academy high school have also received the highest possible designation by the Minnesota Department of Education, as “Reward” schools. Twin Cities Academy high school has received this award for three years, and Twin Cities Academy middle school for two.
