Student success is dependent on the commitment of all stakeholders to support the best possible learning environment. Twin Cities Academy and Twin Cities Academy High School views parents and students as integral contributors and decision-makers in our learning community. For this purpose, we ask families to enter into a written contract, or covenant, with us. Both parents and students are asked to join the school in making a formal commitment to ensure student success. We require that the Covenant Meeting is completed before to the first day of school.
The covenant is a written contract that outlines what you may expect of the school, what we expect of the student, and what we expect of parents. In addition to these expectations, we also discuss how students must conduct themselves while here at school and the parent obligation to volunteer their time to the school.
Our Covenant discussion topics include the following:
- School’s Role
- Student Expectations
- Parent Expectations
- Student Code of Conduct
- Volunteer Commitment
